Rescue AED will be the single point of contact for implementation and program management. Rescue AED will schedule all shipments and training as well as coordination of all components of program (training, service, billing, etc). Data entry into our Data Management System and will be the single point of contact for all questions regarding the Company’s Heart Safe Program.

Internal Corporate communication package to promote and educate employees involved with program. Provide Medical Direction and Oversight (as required by law). Provide written prescription to receive the AED (upon request). Protocols for responding to a medical emergency will be set forth by the individual company. Medical Director to oversee AED program protocols as required by each individual state. Provide assistance with preparation of state(s) registration and/or EMS notification.

Post Event Support includes call-in support within 24 hours of notification. Post event data review and submission assistance. Onsite Training conducted by a Rescue AED educator at the Company location. Training includes one 4 hour training session with up to 10 students per location/jobsite. Training includes certification in CPR/AED. Training includes all necessary course materials and related supplies. Data capture and storage allows tracking and display of equipment location, serial numbers and expiration dates by location. Track and display training rosters/certification date. View student and course training history, incident record keeping and storage. Receive reminder notifications to site coordinator to schedule training prior to certification expiration. Receive a reminder to order/change batteries and/or electrodes prior to expiration and receive monthly reminder to perform visual AED check.
