In 2001, in response to increasing demand, Southbay Learning Center’s curriculum expanded to include courses directed at Heart Health and Safety, “First Responder type,” Training. At this time we became a full-service American Health and Safety Institute Training Center and an American Heart Association Site offering all CPR levels and AED training courses as well as ACLS, PALS, and all AHA Instructor Courses, Blood Borne Pathogens, Basic First Aid, and First Responder Training. As our client list grew, so did our services. A Fulfillment division was unveiled offering CPR Masks, Blood Borne Pathogen and First Aid Kits, AED’s, and numerous other relevant supplies that would make us a “One Stop Shop” for the people we service. In order to have a better market recognition Southbay Learning Center became RescueAED, Inc.

Our clients include major South Florida Hotels, Restaurants, Corporations, and Government Agencies. As an official training Agency for both the American Heart Association and the American Safety & Health Institute, we now offer virtually every OSHA, Pre-Hospital, and certain Hospital arena classes and curricula.

Our staff has grown to nearly 10 Instructors and over 20 AHA and ASHI Instructors who have certified over 30,000 students in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. The quality of our education programs speak for it’s self. In our history of over 10 years the satisfaction rate from student course evaluations has been no less than 98.2%.
