To ensure that each Company maintains consistency and standards that follow recommended guidelines set by Federal and State law while at the same time minimizing risk, the following is included. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT • RescueAED will serve as reference to the on site coordinator for day-to-day program management. • RescueAED will coordinate with on site Point of Contact to schedule all shipments and training. • Coordination of all components of program (training, service, billing, etc) • Data entry into the RescueAED Data Management System. • Single point of contact for all questions regarding Heart Safe Community. • Internal Corporate communication package to promote and educate employees. MEDICAL DIRECTION and OVERSIGHT (as required by law) • Written prescription to receive the AED. • Assist program coordinator to form Protocols for responding to medical emergency. • Medical Director to oversee AED program as required by each individual state. • Assistance with preparation of state(s) registration and/or EMS notification. POST EVENT SUPPORT (INCLUDED) • Call-in support within 24 hours of notification. • Post event data review and submission assistance. • 24 hour access to non-critical medical consultation. ONSITE TRAINING • Conducted by a RescueAED employee educator at the Company location. • One 4 hour session with up to 10 people per location/jobsite under AHA certification. • Training includes certification in CPR/AED. • Includes all necessary course materials and related supplies. (no hidden costs) • Guaranteed 1:1 student to manikin ratio for maximum lifesaving experience learning.
